Dedicated helpdesk centres are available in every region to help support suppliers and brands to use the system and to connect with other suppliers. Helpdesk centres are also able to facilitate communication between suppliers in different countries.
The CONNECTED team is heavily involved in how the supply chain is connected and transparent, supporting our customers by providing internal or external trainings for our customers and their suppliers. Through our international offices, we can provide training in countries around the world.
